After witnessing firsthand the physical and mental toll and health challenges facing my fellow dental professionals, I felt driven to create LOOSE HANDS—a program specifically designed to help our community reclaim their well-being and career longevity."

Early in my career I started suffering from back pain almost immediately. Lower, middle, upper back, neck - you name it. I had it all!

I had to be really careful how and what I was doing in my day to day activities.

I considered ending my career as I struggled to find a solution.

This was until I committed to a regular fitness program 🏋️‍♂️.

It’s important to note that results weren't immediate; it required a disciplined schedule of 2–3 workouts per week. About six months in, the progress finally became visible.

I finally reached a point where I could think, "This is amazing! I feel incredible!" For the first time, I was actually pain-free. Of course, life happens, and I’d occasionally miss a workout. But every time I did, that familiar pain would start to creep back in—and that was all the motivation I needed to get back to it. That post-workout "high" is exactly why I’ve stayed committed.
