Sessions are guided by coach Anita Hosty. Arrangement for zoom meetings are necessary. We will be focusing on 3 aspects of LOOSE HANDS: Ergonomics, Stretching & Strengthening of the muscles and Meditation.
Duration of sessions:
- ERGONOMIC session: 30 - 40 minutes each session
- STRETCHING / MEDITATION session: 30 - 40 minutes each session
On-Demand Access: Digital stretching routines you can follow anytime from the comfort of home.
Extended Support: You will receive 3 months of post-program access to the "Shake Your Day OFF with LOOSE HANDS" on-demand series.
In-Office Tools: A stretching guide to keep at your workstation for quick resets between patients.
