What struck me most wasn't just how common discomfort is in our profession – but how normalized it has become. Many clinicians, push through daily aches and tension, as if it's just "part of the job".
But it doesn't have to be.
Overtime, I've been exploring practical ways to help dental professionals work with the less strain, more awareness, and better long-term health – without disrupting their workflow.
